The University of Cincinnati will go before the NCAA's infractions committee on Aug. 7 in Seattle, the first of four days the committee will be reviewing cases.
The university has said it will be represented by president Joseph Steger, Goin and Huggins, with attorneys from the Bond, Schoeneck & King firm that conducted UC's investigation also expected.
Assistant coach John Loyer, who remains on administrative leave, will get the opportunity to answer unethical conduct charges before the committee.
The basketball programs from LSU, Louisville and Purdue also will have hearings that weekend.
