Little arraigned on assault charge
Former University of Cincinnati basketball player Donald Little was arraigned Tuesday on a misdemeanor assault charge and released without having to pay bond, Hamilton County court records show.
Mr. Little, 23, surrendered to police earlier in the day. An arrest warrant was issued Monday.
He is accused of kicking an employee in the ribs May 3 at the In the Woods Tavern in Clifton Heights. Jennifer Hemmelgarn said Mr. Little assaulted her after she asked him to put on a wristband while he was drinking a beer.
