Senior point guard K.B. Sharp came up three assists shy of a triple-double, as the women's team ended its preseason Tuesday with an 83-60 win over visiting Ohio Girls Basketball Magazine.

Sharp led the Bearcats with 10 rebounds to go with 11 points. UC center Debbie Merrill tied OGBM's Vita Redding as the game's leading scorer with 18 points.

The Bearcats shot 52 percent from the field to OGBM's 34 percent in the first half en route to a 48-29 halftime lead. UC is back in action at 8 p.m., Nov. 22 at Mississippi State in its regular-season opener.
