UC women dominate C-USA team


Three Bearcats earn first-team honors

UC's K.B. Sharp, Valerie King and Debbie Merrill made Conference USA history in Memphis, Tenn., when they became the first three teammates named to the all-conference first team.

Sharp, ranked No. 2 in C-USA in assists (6.1 per game), set a UC career record and has 603 heading into the C-USA Tournament.

King is second in the conference in free throw percentage (.859) and 3-pointers per game (2.89).

Merrill is second in C-USA in scoring (17.4) and sixth in rebounding (8.3).
