Editorial page editor Peter Bronson has a B.A. in Journalism from Michigan State University. Before joining The Cincinnati Enquirer in May 1992, he worked at the Tucson Citizen, Casa Grande (AZ) Dispatch and weeklies in Michigan. He also has worked as a construction laborer, snow-plow driver, pizza maker, busboy, in clothing sales and on a loading dock.
His column philosophy: "Columns are a chance to say things I can't get away with in editorials, and an opportunity to stretch my writing skills and take some risks. I usually try to use some humor to tackle the tough topics. Along the way, I also try to let readers in on the personal reasons for the opinions I express."
