TV/Radio Critic John Kiesewetter has a B.S. in journalism from Ohio University. After joining the Cincinnati Enquirer in 1975 as a summer intern, he worked as a county government and suburban reporter; assistant city editor and suburban editor; and features editor supervising the Tempo section. He has been the newspaper's TV/Radio critic since 1985.

He has had a lifelong interest in radio and television. He made his TV debut at age 3 with his sisters and brother on Cincinnati's Uncle Al Show on Dec. 28, 1956.

His column philosophy: "I understand that people are very busy, so I try to inform everyone about TV gems worth watching through my column."
