Christina Field, University Hospital operating room nurse, just had to tell us about her car: "I could do commercials for Volvo, I love my car so much."
The Hebron resident drives a Volvo Cross Country wagon, not to chauffeur kids, but because her two golden retrievers need the room.
Her canine companions, Jack and Phoebe, complement the metallic gold-tan color, which is also good for hiding the dirt it picks up schlepping mulch and flowers from the nursery.
Having read a story defining the names of automobiles, she was pleased to find the Latin appellation of "volvo" aptly describes how she feels coming down the I-75/I-71 Cut in the Hill.
"When I'm driving my Volvo wagon, 'I roll!' without intimidating other drivers on the road."

Dream car: "Something big like a Mercedes G wagon. They are pretty cool."
Last car: Moondust metallic Volvo V70 wagon.
