Summaries of recent ''service difficulty reports'' for the plane that crashed, collected by the ''Landings'' World Wide Web site, using Federal Aviation Administration data:

Oct. 5, 1992: Discovered and repaired cracks in an oil cooler inlet duct during maintenance.

Oct. 5, 1992: Replaced brake metering valve after aircraft failed brake inspection test in maintenance.

Dec. 28, 1992: Replaced propeller pitch control after propeller took too long to reach operating speed.

Jan. 22, 1993: Left propeller behaved abnormally during taxiing; aircraft put in service after propeller tests normal.

Jan. 23, 1993: Left propeller failed ''feather test.'' Replaced relay.

Feb. 11, 1993: Right engine inlet de-ice cover fails during flight. Replaced valve.

March 2, 1993: Takeoff warning alarm equipment fails during taxiing. Switch replaced.

July 7, 1993: Co-pilot's ''stick-
shaker'' warning mechanism replaced after failure.

Aug. 13, 1993: Rudder pressure switch replaced after hydraulic warning system fails.

Aug. 25, 1993: Pilot's window part replaced after leaking and whistling.

Sept. 10, 1993: Computer replaced after failure during taxiing.

Jan. 16, 1994: Adjusted engine pressure after low reading.

March 29, 1994: Warning of airfoil de-icing failure. Replaced part.

June 25, 1994: Stall warning failure. Replaced part.

Oct. 4, 1994: Floor emergency lighting failed. Repaired wire.

Oct. 10, 1994: Fire detector warning system failed. Replaced.

March 3, 1995: Door opened in flight. Replaced cracked hinge bracket.

March 17, 1995: Left engine leaking oil. Replaced part.

March 27, 1995: Inspection showed wing-skin supports cracked. Repaired.

April 7, 1995: Inspection showed hydraulic fluid leaking from nose-gear wheel well; replaced actuator.

Dec. 22, 1995: During climb, false alarm on cargo door. Placed door-warning system on deferred maintenance list.

March 8, 1996: During take-off roll, false trim warning sounded. Circuit breaker reset.
