Cincinnati's on Dave's maybe list

BY JOHN KIESEWETTER
The Cincinnati Enquirer

NEW YORK - Cincinnati remains on David Letterman's Top 10 list of cities to host his CBS Late Show some day.

''You guys are absolutely on the list, are you kidding me? We love Cincinnati,'' executive producer Rob Burnett told The Enquirer.

''Cincinnati is a great market for us. We win there every night (in the ratings) and we certainly appreciate all the folks who watch the show,'' he said.

Mr. Burnett couldn't say if the Queen City would be on the May ''sweeps'' itinerary because travel plans are uncertain. ''Believe it or not, we're still not sure what we're going to do in May,'' he said.

The Late Show may do a variety of remotes, or go to one city for a week. It's unlikely it will do four Friday road shows, as Mr. Letterman did for November ''sweeps.''
