Von Bargen trial April 14
The Cincinnati Enquirer
A high school senior accused in the deaths of his brother and two friends in a January car wreck will stand trial April 14 in Hamilton County Juvenile Court.
Steven Von Bargen, 17, is facing three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide for the deaths of Greg Von Bargen and two of his schoolmates at Roger Bacon, Sarah Garibay and Kyle Yearion. He also is charged with one count of aggravated vehicular assault for the injuries Donald Robinson suffered when his car and Mr. Von Bargen's collided.
Police say the teen was speeding, trying to get to school on time, when his car crossed the center line. He faces up to three years in a juvenile facility if convicted.
