She faces a division-level disciplinary hearing that could result in anything from additional training to the loss of her job.

  • Eugenia Boiman, 38, a 911 dispatcher, canceled an emergency call related to the police shootings. She also faces a division-level disciplinary hearing with the possibility that she could be fired.

  • cipollone
  • Pasquale ''Pat'' Cipollone, 54, the 911 floor supervisor, faces a hearing with his supervisor to discuss what he could have done better that night. The meeting will be documented and put in his file.

  • farris
  • Police Officer Edward Farris, 47, a canine unit officer working the night of the shootings, relayed misinformation to Dispatcher Boiman without having first-hand knowledge about the police shootings. The misinformation led to a delay in response. He is being given a written reprimand.
