Charles Shamblee, owner of Kingswood Chrysler-Plymouth and Paul Keels, owner of Kemper Dodge, Inc., in conjunction with Chrysler Minority dealers Association, are making the donation "It's generous donations like this that will make the Cincinnati Job Corps Center's School-to-Work program a success," said Forest Corbin, center director.
