Joel S. Brant has joined Katz, Teller, Brant & Hild as an associate in the law firm. Mr. Brant worked as a summer associate at Steptoe & Johnson and at the National Labor Relations Board -- Division of Judges, both in Washington, D.C. His practice will be concentrated in tax and estate planning.

Lori Lobsiger has been named director of market development at Chancellor Marketing Group and Annemarie Barnett has been named representative of dedicated sales.

Maryam Kubasek has been named director of community relations at St. Joseph Orphanage.

The following have joined Sibcy Cline Realtors as residential real estate specialists: Shannon Downard, Steve Arnzen and Amy Bridewell, Campbell County; Guy Fitts and Sherry Morehouse, Anderson; Michelle M. Faul, Northern Hills; Julie Columbia, Montgomery; and Connie Schuler, Northeast. Joining Sibcy Cline as specialized residential sales associates are Joyce B. Buelterman, Hyde Park; Sally Leach, Milford; and Ellen Kuhn, Lakota Beckett.

Appointed officers at the Cincinnati Bar Foundation: Gary E. Powell, president; John J. Williams, vice president; Mary J. Healy, treasurer; and Rhonda Y. Moore, secretary. New trustees are Jon Hoffheimer, Stephen C. Kisling, John J. Williams, Melinda K. Sullivan, Thomas D. Heekin and Jonathan P. Dameron.

William W. Beible Jr. has joined NS Group's Koppel Steel Corp. as president and chief operating officer. Mr. Beible was with Lukens Inc. for 25 years.

Brandi Ash, Kyle Christoph and Christopher Hoyle have joined Steed Hammond Paul, architectural firm, as designers.

John E. Reed has been named regional sales engineer at Kammerer Sales Co., a manufacturer's representative firm. Mr. Reed, a graduate from the University of Dayton, will assume territorial responsibilities in central and northern Ohio.
