MASON -- There will be at last one unseeded player in the semifinals of the Great American Insurance ATP Championship. And there might be more.

There were so many upsets Wednesday that only six of the 16 seeded players remain. The biggest name to fall: Andre Agassi. The highest seed to fall: No. 4 Carlos Moya.

One portion of the bracket is left with No. 37 Magnus Larsson, No. 38 Thomas Johansson, No. 40 Tommy Haas and No. 65 Jerome Golmard, a qualifier. One will be in the final four.

  • The only seeds still around are Pete Sampras (1), Petr Korda (3), Patrick Rafter (5), Richard Krajicek (8), Yevgeny Kafelnikov (10) and Goran Ivanisevic (14).

American Vince Spadea, who upset Agassi, plays about 3 p.m. today against Krajicek on Center Court. Krajicek leads their series 2-1, including a victory earlier this year in Halle, Germany, and one in Cincinnati two years ago.

Here's a look at some of today's other top matchups (all on Center Court):

    • Ivanisevic vs. Korda (11 a.m.): The only match between seeded players. Ivanisevic leads their series 7-3.

    • Sampras vs. Jan-Michael Gambill (about 1 p.m.): The top veteran American player against one of the top young U.S. stars. They have never met.

    • Rafter vs. Todd Martin (7 p.m.). Rafter leads their series 3-2.

    • The Woodies -- Todd Woodbridge and Mark Woodforde -- begin their doubles title defense against Sandon Stolle and Cyril Suk (about 9 p.m.).
