FWW ramp closing

Thursday, October 8, 1998

The ramp to eastbound Fort Washington Way from northbound Interstate 71 - Interstate 75 will be closed from 10 p.m. Saturday until 9 a.m. Sunday so traffic controls can be installed for upcoming construction.

Message signs will direct traffic to use Fifth Street through downtown to connect with I-71 north, U.S. 50 east or I-471. Drivers can also take I-75 north to the Norwood Lateral (Ohio 562) to get to I-71.

Early traffic coming from Northern Kentucky for Sunday's Bengals game at Cinergy Field should also use the Fifth Street exit. After 9 a.m., the I-71 - 75 ramp should reopen, so fans can get to the stadium via the Pete Rose Way exit ramp.
