Cincinnati City Councilman Charles Winburn said he is concerned that someone used a computer in his city hall office to call up pornographic Websites, with such titles as "Welcome to SEXXXFARM..." and "Teencore -- Teen Sex and Fun."
Mr. Winburn's office produced a list of times the Websites were visited -- mostly around 3 a.m. Monday.
"This appears to be an inside job and I want to know who has access to my office (the taxpayers' office), other than my staff," Mr. Winburn wrote in a memo to Deputy City Manager Richard Mendes.
In addition to requesting a list of those in City Hall, 801 Plum St., during the weekend and those who have keys to his office, Mr. Winburn is demanding the administration "take this pornographic smut off of my computer."
