NASA and Eastman Kodak Co. have teamed to provide Internet images of the space shuttle Discovery mission that included Sen. John Glenn.
During the mission, photos taken by the crew were sent daily to NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, then posted at www.nasa.gov and www.kodak.com/go/earthpics. Pre-flight and launch images also are posted.
Visitors to the Kodak site can browse the collection, choose a picture and order a color print. Prices, depending on the size of picture ordered, range from $13.95 for an 8-by-10 to $29.95 for a 20-by-24, plus $4.95 shipping and handling.
Kodak says it expects to make several thousand images from the mission available. Kodak.com also features stories on space photography, Mr. Glenn and his days as a Mercury astronaut.
