Ronald E. Felder, president of the Queen City Foundation, has been appointed to serve on the National Assessment of Education Progress panel, an official U.S. Department of Education Program.
Ken Opal has been named vice president of industrial corporate accounts for DuBois Chemicals. Mr. Opal will concentrate his efforts with the metal-finishing industry heavily focused on the automotive market.
