  • Guy DeLatour has been named second vice president of individual reinsurance operations at Union Central Insurance and Investments. Mr DeLatour is a 30-year veteran of Union Central's affiliate company, Manhattan Life.

  • Toni King has joined Kordenbrock Interiors as a professional designer.

  • Dr. Deiter Seitz-Tutter has been named director, business development, Europe, at Kendle International Inc.; Nigel Page, director of information technology, Europe; and Philip Davies, director, Kendle Clinical Pharmacology Unit in Utrecht.

  • J. Stephen Dobbins has been appointed to the board of trustees for a three-year term for Ohio Parents for Drug Free Youth.

  • James Flerlage has been appointed technical trainer, education services, at Micro Computer Solutions, Cincinnati; Anthony Meridy, cabling technician, technical services; Lisa M. Mooar and Kelly Ishtaywi, account managers, sales; and Amy Mueller, telemarketer, sales.

  • Dean R. Congbalay has been named manager of the Coldwell Banker West Shell Montgomery Cross County office.

  • Ronald E. Felder, president of the Queen City Foundation, has been appointed to serve on the National Assessment of Education Progress panel, an official U.S. Department of Education Program.

  • Ken Opal has been named vice president of industrial corporate accounts for DuBois Chemicals. Mr. Opal will concentrate his efforts with the metal-finishing industry heavily focused on the automotive market. He has more than 18 years experience in working with metal - plastic pretreatment customers across the U.S. to improve product quality and cost efficiency.
