WHEN: 8 p.m. today.
WHERE: Paul Brown Stadium, Massillon.
WHAT TO WATCH: There's little doubt that defense will be the key to the outcome in this state championship matchup.
Chardon allow 63.5 yards rushing and 78.3 passing per game while holding 13 opponents to 79 points. But the offense is equally as strong, amassing 487 points.
Quarterback Ryan Davis, a 5-foot-7, 160-pound senior, has completed 33-of-74 passes for 701 yards and eight touchdowns and rushed for 704 yards on 120 carries, good for five touchdowns.
The Hilltoppers also feature Mitch Hewitt, who leads the team with 1,839 yards rushing on 218 carries while scoring 35 touchdowns. Fullback Scott Macker is the team's second leading rusher with 897 yards on 115 carries and 10 TDs.
Stopping the Chardon running attack is one of the keys for Lebanon.
PICK: Lebanon.
