Winning streak ends

        CHICAGO — The Cincinnati Cyclones three-game winning streak ended Saturday in a 4-3 loss to the Chicago Wolves at the Rosemont Horizon.

        Rookie left wing Glenn Stewart netted a hat trick to lead the Wolves. The Cyclones jumped on the board quickly in the first period with a power play goal from All-Star left wing Gilbert Dionne.

        The tally was Dionne's 15th of the season and extended his point scoring streak to 14 games, the longest string in the IHL this season. Chicago took command of the game late in the second period, as forward Glenn Stewart scored a power play goal at 14:21 and added another on a Cyclones turnover at 18:38. Center Brent Gretzky closed the scoring with a power play tally with nine seconds to play.
