Burglars hit Hamilton jeweler again
The Cincinnati Enquirer
For the second time in as many weeks, a Hamilton jeweler has been burglarized.
As police investigators combed through Yelton's Fine Jewelry on Wednesday night, owner Roy Yelton said he plans to install a gate over his storefront. He hopes the precaution will protect his store, on F Street, from future burglaries.
Thieves made off with gold jewelry.
Mr. Yelton's problems began Jan. 26 when someone threw a rock through his store's window and broke a display case. On Wednesday, just after the window had been repaired, the store was hit again by burglars, about 7 p.m. Both times the burglars took jewelry.
