St. Henry shoots down Ryle, 54-46
Kate Stanton and Megan Otte converted two free throws apiece during the final 45 seconds, leading St. Henry to a 54-46 victory over Ryle in 33rd District girls basketball action at Conner.
St. Henry meets Boone County in the semifinals on Thursday (6 p.m.) at Conner.

Highlands 57, Newport 37, 36th District at Newport Central Catholic A three-point field goal by freshman guard Christian Stefanopoulos with two seconds left in the first quarter gave Highlands a 20-10 lead, and the Ladybirds outscored the Lady Cats, 12-2, in the second quarter.
Highlands meets NewCath in the semifinals at 6 p.m. Thursday, with the winner of that game advancing to next week's Ninth Region tournament at Ryle.
