New offices planned for Blue Ash

Al Neyer Inc. said it will proceed with its plans to develop a $4.8 million, two-story office complex on Alliance Road, at the southeast corner of Reed Hartman Highway and Pfeiffer Road in Blue Ash.
Construction of the 42,000-square-foot complex is to begin in the second quarter this year with office space becoming available in the third or fourth quarter, Neyer said.
Neyer is now preleasing office space, which will feature 9-foot-high ceilings and windows that stretch from desk height to the ceilings.
Broker's three deals worth $2.2 million
Henkle Schueler's Roger Corbly recently closed three deals in the Cincinnati area worth more than $2.2 million.
Mr. Corbly represented both the buyer and seller in Bunnell Hill's sale of a 19,000-square-foot building at 389 Comfort Drive in Harrison to William and Carol Schmidter.
Mr. Corbly also represented both the buyer and seller in Karl Steinmanis' sale of a four-unit apartment building at 3941 Beech St. in Mariemont to John Grier.
And Mr. Corbly represented Golden Corral Restaurants and Seeger's Meat and Deli in the lease of the Golden Corral in Lebanon to Seeger's Meats.
Law firm renews lease at Duke's 312 Walnut
Duke Realty, the largest office landlord in downtown Cincinnati, has renewed and expanded its lease with Thompson Hine & Flory at the 312 Walnut Building.
The law firm has signed a new 10-year lease for about 56,690 square feet of Class A office space at the 538,000-square-foot building.
The law firm, the fourth-largest in Cincinnati, is one of the building's original tenants, moving in in 1990, the year the building was completed.
The 312 Walnut Building is a joint venture partnership with Duke Realty and The Mayerson Co., which provides on-site management services.
Lichtenberg center adds two new tenants
The Lichtenberg Business Center in Sharonville has two new tenants thanks to Colliers International's Kevin Hughes, Tom McCormick, Dave Noonan and Ben McNab, who leased 5,200 square feet of office and warehouse space at the business center at 3428 Hauck Road to J.W. Fauver.
The men leased 3,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at the center to Guardian Interlock Systems.
