The tour is presented by Learning Through Art (LTA), which develops performing arts educational programs designed to encourage cultural awareness and understanding. The 'Hood tour, in its fifth year, is just one of their events.
The tour is designed to let people know they are not confined to their own neighborhood, says Kathy Wade, LTA co-founder and executive director. Our mission is to break down barriers and build bridges between neighbors and neighborhoods through music and the performing arts.
