Police say he's stolen identities of strangers and even relatives.
He was among the Tristate's Most Wanted in 1997, was arrested and now faces more charges.

He already was wanted on charges of engaging in $20,000 in bank fraud, but he made it out of jail on bond in October. Since then, he is accused of racking up another $13,000 in the same sort of scam, said Ray Wallace, an investigator in the Cincinnati Police Division's fraud squad.
He gets IDs made in other people's names. He got his cousin in one case, Officer Wallace said. He buys checks off the streets or steals them.
His aliases include Bear Brown, Dennis Brown, Tony Brown, Charles Buckley, Reginald Donald Shaw and Ray Gardner. Some of those are real people whose lives have been complicated by Mr. Brown's use of their names, police said.
Mr. Brown is described as black, 5-foot-10, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the 8800 block of Cabot Street in Springfield Township.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 352-3040. Callers may remain anonymous and earn cash for clues that lead to arrests.

Cincinnati police learned the girls were left alone after another woman found them and called police.

The children are in custody of relatives while the case is pending.

UNION TOWNSHIP A Withamsville man died Wednesdaywhen he fell out of a car window onto Ohio 125 and was hit by another car.
Police are looking for the driver of the car that hit Ryan Mayer, 21, about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday and then drove away. The car, described as a light-colored, four-door luxury car, would have significant damage to its front end from the accident, said Lt. Paul Hermes of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Mr. Mayer, of Hearthstone Court in Withamsville, was a passenger in the front seat of a Honda Accord that was driving east on Ohio 125. The driver, David Shull, 23, of Batavia, pulled the car into the left-turn lane to turn onto Glen Este-Withamsville Road, and Mr. Mayer fell out the window.
However, other passengers in the car told police that Mr. Mayer didn't want to go where others in the car were going and that he couldn't get the door open, so he exited through the window, Lt. Hermes said.
The accident remains under investigation.
