Body that of Lawrenceburg woman
The Cincinnati Enquirer
A woman whose body was found Thursday along a Switzerland County creek bed has been identified as a missing Lawrenceburg woman.
A woman walking along Upper Grants Creek on Thursday discovered the body of a woman just after noon on Thursday. Investigators said her death appeared to be a homicide, but would not say how she died.
Using dental records, the Hamilton County coroner's office was able to identify the body as Patricia B. DeChristopher, 36. She was last seen on Monday evening in the Lawrenceburg area, Indiana State Police said.
Police ask that anyone with information concerning Ms. DeChristopher's death contact them. No arrests were reported Saturday night.
Ms. DeChristopher probably died within 48 hours of her body's discovery along the creek bed, about 3 miles northeast of East Enterprise, Ind., police said.
