        • Critic's picks: Do you feel lucky? The highest bidder drives off with a new Subaru Forester as WCET-TV's 10-day Auction Auction closes today (3 p.m.-midnight, Channel 48). And speaking of gamblers, TV critic John Kiesewetter points out that A&E Biography profiles Kenny Rogers (8 p.m.), then repeats Mr. Rogers' Live by Request concert (9-11 p.m.).

        • Got respect for the dead? This week, the Milk Processor Promotion Board — the folks who produce those milk mustache ads — mailed a slick flier aimed at children that featured a photo of the great Olympic champion Florence Griffith Joyner in full stride. “Milk is an important part of my training.” the ad quotes her. Not anymore, of course. Flo-Jo, a hero to many kids, died last fall.
