        • Leslie Elizabeth Ghiz has joined Thompson Hine & Flory LLP as an associate in the law firm. Ms. Ghiz will focus her practice on traditional government finance and leasing areas of public financing, as well as general corporate matters. She holds a law degree from Capital University Law and Graduate Center and a bachelor's degree from West Virginia University. She was an associate with Peck, Shaffer & Williams LLP, law firm.

        • Named vice presidents at Firstar Bank: Susan M. Schubert, Karen A. Bowie and Robert T. Jones. Named assistant vice presidents: Ann M. Mellencamp, Brian H. Gallagher, Lawrence R. Helmes, Anthony J. Sperelakis, Kelli S. Wasson, Brian K. Bailey, Ann Marie Petroski and Stephanie Muzzy.

        • Susan Proctor has been named director of development at the University of Cincinnati Foundation.

        • Lauren Coats has joined Dan Pinger Public Relations Inc. as account administrator.

        • Gloria Johns has joined Huff Realty as sales associate, Fort Mitchell, and Ann Maria Coghlin, Montgomery.

        • Cynthia K. Lowe has joined Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, law firm, as an associate in the litigation practice group.

        • Jeffrey L. Weingartner has joined Neyer Properties as project superintendent.

        • Jeffrey Mills has been named product manager for CAE Cleaning Technologies, environmental systems group. Mr. Mills has 10 years of experience in the machine tool industry. He has been with CAE Ransohoff business unit for two years as project engineer. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati.
