Limo owner convicted of evidence tampering

A 16-year-old girl says Laszlo Bozso sat beside her in his limousine last December as another man snapped pictures of her posing in the nude.
When it was over, she says, Mr. Bozso got to keep a few photographs.
Because he didn't turn over those photos to police, Mr. Bozso now is facing up to 20 years in prison on charges of tampering with evidence.
Judge Ann Marie Tracey convicted Mr. Bozso of four counts of tampering Monday after a daylong trial in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court. She ruled that Mr. Bozso cut up the photos and flushed them down a toilet when he learned that the girl's alleged relationship with 37-year-old William Meister was being investigated by police.
She said his actions deprived police of key evidence.
Mr. Bozso became aware of the criminal investigation, Judge Tracey said. He carried away four of the (photos) as trophies ... and then he destroyed them.
Mr. Meister, a convicted con man and Cincinnati's most famous ticket scalper, is accused of luring the girl into a sexual relationship after meeting her on the Internet in a chat room.
Prosecutors say he took up to 60 photos of the girl in various states of nudity so he could later market them on a Web site of his called netpetjunior. They say Mr. Meister even used a photo of the girl as a screen saver on his computer.
He is charged with corruption of a minor, illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and pandering sexually oriented materials involving a minor.
Mr. Bozso's wife, Eva, testified that she not her husband destroyed the photos in a fit of rage after discovering them in his day-planner.
The judge didn't believe the story and ordered Mr. Bozso, a former soccer coach, held in jail until his sentencing on July 14.
Mr. Meister, who faces up to 57 years in prison, is scheduled for trial in August.
