Youth shot in Columbia Twp.; suspects sought

The Cincinnati Enquirer

COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP — A teen-age boy was in critical condition late Monday after being shot in the Eagle View apartment complex on View Point Drive.

Marcus Crooms, about 16, was transported to University Hospital, where he was being treated for a gunshot wound. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Department responded to the 5600 block of View Point Drive at 9:41 p.m for a report of a shooting.

Sheriff's deputies, and the department's helicopter, were searching the neighborhood for suspects in the shooting late Monday.
