Cleves' fireworks moved to Monday

        A missing check has forced the Cleves Fire Department to move its traditional Fourth of July fireworks celebration from Sunday to Monday.

        Fire officials learned Friday that the state of Ohio never received a check the fire department sent for an exhibitor's license. Without such a license, fireworks displays are illegal.

        The fire department found a licensed exhibitor who is available Monday. The show, with Rozzi's Famous Fireworks, starts about 10 p.m.
