MASON CNG Financial Corp.'s new $5.5 million corporate headquarters will anchor an office park that Cincinnati United Contractors (CUC) will build here.
Company officials will break ground at 4 p.m. today on a 60,000-square-foot facility at the heart of Mason's 25-acre Central Parke office complex.
The upscale development will be the city's first office park along the Mason-Montgomery Road corridor and will feature both high-tech and mixed-use office space.
We're very excited about this particular development, said Melissa Koehler, the city's economic development director. ""We believe Central Parke is definitely going to be Mason's crown jewel.
Mason-Montgomery Road is the city's prime real estate area, and we wanted to make sure that we had just the right development moving in there. It'll be a very attractive corporate campus setting.
Central Parke, located across from Mercy Mason Health Park, will offer developed lots, a lake, formal landscaping, walking paths, street lights and a new access road Financial Way to Mason-Montgomery.
Mrs. Koehler said CUC designed the office park to meet the market demands for a development that was employee-friendly.
Mason-based CNG Financial Corp. decided to relocate after outgrowing its facility in the White Blossom Professional Office Center on Socialville Foster Road.
CNG Financial is the parent company of several financial services companies, including Check 'n Go Inc., Arrow Media Group, CollectNow Inc. and The 409 Group.
Mrs. Koehler said CNG's 9.5-acre site will be joined by a physicians and Realtors office in the near future.
Additional lots fronting Mason-Montgomery Road are still available, she said.
