PEOPLE ON THE MOVE
Bob Price has been named purchasing manager at the Nielsen Co., a commercial printing company. Mr. Price will be responsible for the management of all purchasing for Nielsen Co. operations in Greater Cincinnati, and Litho Industries, a subsidiary in Raleigh, N.C.
Mike Fredrick has been appointed vice president/general manager of WYLX-FM (97.3), Lebanon.

T. Zachary Bunker has been named regional manager of the Cincinnati region for Spartan Chemical Co. Inc.
