GET TO IT
A guide to help make your day
JUST IN
Teen alert! The Backstreet Boys, biggest of the so-called boy bands, is booked for a Nov. 15 concert at Firstar Center. Tickets $29.50 and $38.50, plus service charges go on sale 10 a.m. Aug. 14 at the Firstar box office, Ticketmaster outlets and by phone (562-4949). Opening acts for the 8 p.m. show have not been announced. The booking completes this year's local triple play for boy bands; all three of the top young male groups will have played the area at least once in 1999. Cincinnati's own 98 Degrees comes to Riverbend Aug. 14. 'N Sync played Firstar April 3 and will be at Riverbend Sept. 2.
