An 18-year-old Over-the-Rhine man was arrested Monday and charged in a beating death in the neighborhood.
Police charged Martez Dixon of the 100 block of East Clifton Ave nue with aggravated murder.
Anthony Issacs, 20, of Maineville died Sunday at University Hospital after he was pulled from a parked car, robbed and beaten by three men Saturday.
Police said Mr. Dixon admitted participating in the robbery of Mr. Issacs and Glenn Brayton, 30, of Loveland, which resulted in Mr. Issacs' death.
According to police, Mr. Issacs and Mr. Brayton were pulled from their car parked in the 1700 block of Lang Street and robbed and beaten by three men about 5:13 a.m.
Mr. Brayton, who was robbed of his wallet, was treated at University Hospital and released.
A companion, William Fein of Loveland, had left the car and gone inside an apartment building prior to the robbery, police said.
He was not injured.
