He is 2nd charged in Over-the-Rhine case

The Cincinnati Enquirer
A 14-year-old boy was arrested early Thursday on a homicide charge in connection with the beating death last weekend of a Warren County man.
The boy, whom police are not naming, is charged as a juvenile with aggravated murder.
He is the second suspect to face the same charge in the death of Anthony Isaacs, 29, of Maineville.
Police say Mr. Isaacs was with a friend, Glenn Brayton, 30, of Loveland, early Saturday when they were pulled from their car in Over-the-Rhine, beaten and robbed by three men.
While Mr. Brayton was not seriously injured, Mr. Isaacs, a 1988 graduate of Little Miami High School, died the next day at University Hospital.
District 1 police picked up the 14-year-old boy, an apparent runaway, on a nearby street Thurs day. His arrest came three days after that of Martez Dixon, 18, of Over-the-Rhine, who faces an aggravated murder charge. A third suspect is still being sought.
Hamilton County Juvenile Court will hear the boy's case and decide whether he should be tried as an adult and face a harsher penalty if convicted.
