TV Critic John Kiesewetter also says Channel 9 repeats Just Passin' Through, a local drama nominated for a national Emmy, as part of its 50th anniversary celebration (2 p.m.), while TNT offers the network TV premiere of Kenneth Branagh's Hamlet (8 p.m.).
Web site of the day: One part of the federal government's Administration on Aging site that bears close scrutiny is a listing of reviewed Web links that cover everything from Meals-on-Wheels to elder abuse. It's www.aoa.dhhs.gov/aoa/webres/wellness.htm
