Ryle 38, Conner 23
At Conner Trailing 14-10 at halftime, Ryle outscored Conner 28-9 in the second half to remain unbeaten at 3-0. Conner had used a ball-control offense to limit Ryle to only two first-half possessions.
But the Raiders' defense found more success stopping Bo Wilson and the Conner running game in the second half, setting the stage for Justin Parr and the high-powered Ryle passing game to take over.
Parr was 13-of-18 passing for 206 yards and a touchdown. Sophomore tailback Travis Grant rushed for three touchdowns.
Conner falls to 2-1.
