PEOPLE ON THE MOVE




        • Brad K. Hopton has been named senior manager in the technology and telecommunications group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, an accounting and consulting firm in Cincinnati. Mr. Hopton has been with the firm since 1996. He will be responsible for client service management and directing service teams in providing value-added business, accounting and tax advice to the firm's publicly-held businesses.

        • Dawn Bouton has been appointed network engineer at Midwest Connect Inc., an affiliate of Modern Office Methods. Ronald Kingen has joined International TechneGroup Inc. as senior executive consultant.

        • Lori Oehler has joined Bridge Integrated Communicationsadvertising agency as systems manager.

        • Cara Benjey has joined Millennium Marketing, a Cincinnati-based firm specializing in global Web-based and multimedia training solutions, as project manager.

        • James E. Russell has been named vice president at Fifth Third Bank.

        • Julie Storm has joined Northlich Stolley LaWarre, marketing communications firm, as human resource director and Susan Tuttleman, as traffic director.

        • John Marshall has joined Libby Perszyk Kathman as designer; Janice Moore, senior designer; and Matt Moses, editorial assistant.

        • Martha Undercoffer has been named not-for-profit specialist at Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co.

        • David M. Hautz has been named chief financial officer of American Environmental Control Inc., which provides full-service environmental solutions.

        • Kelly A. Mofford has joined Iacono Production Services, a business theater production company, as producer. Ms. Mofford will be responsible for managing details of business theater and video projects for a variety of Iacono's clients. She was formerly print buyer and production coordinator with Powers and Associates.
