Girl says motorist tried to abduct her

        WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP — Warren County sheriff's deputies are investigating a report that a man attempted to abduct an 11-year-old girl Wednesday after she got off a school bus.

        The girl told police she got off her bus on Ward Koebel Road and went to get the mail when a man in a dark-colored car with rust on it pulled up, said Warren County Deputy Brian Tinch.

        He did not know if the man, who was wearing a leather jacket and blue jeans, got out of the car and approached the girl or what he might have said to her.
