        Here are the “yes” responses of 177 area attorneys to questions in a Northern Kentucky Bar Association poll on the Boone County circuit judge race between incumbent Linda Bramlage and Boone County Attorney Larry Crigler:

        • Would he/she be courteous toward litigants, witnesses and counsel?

        • Crigler — 98% • Bramlage — 95%

        • Would he/she avoid bias or other pressure(s) in the exercise of his/her judicial discretion?

        • Crigler — 90% • Bramlage — 75%

        • Would he/she be attentive to arguments of counsel and (for trial courts) testimony of witnesses?

        • Crigler — 97% • Bramlage — 86%

        • Does he/she possess the temperament to deal with litigants, witnesses and counsel in a considerate and judicious manner?

        • Crigler — 96% • Bramlage — 89%

        • Does he/she have legal ability for the particular office?

        • Crigler — 90% • Bramlage — 87%

        • Does he/she have sufficient actual experience in the practice of law, or as a judge?

        • Crigler — 92% • Bramlage — 86%

        • Would he/she be punctual in opening court and in keeping appointments

        • Crigler — 93% • Bramlage — 99%

        • Do you trust him/her?

        • Crigler — 93% • Bramlage — 80%

        • Would he/she carefully study authorities submitted and render prompt decisions with appropriate findings?
