Colerain girls blow away field for district title
The Cincinnati Enquirer
Two-time defending state champion Colerain had no problem winning the Division I district cross country championships at Voice of America Park. It is Colerain's eighth straight district title.
The Cardinals placed seven runners in the top 10 and scored 17 points, their best total of the season.
Colerain's Alison Zeinner won in 18:35, followed by teammates Terie Littlepaige (19:27) and Jennifer Limle (19:38).
We are running as well as we have all season, Colerain coach Ron Russo said. We continue to improve.
Ursuline finished a distant second. Seton and Turpin also qualified to the regional meet next weekend at Troy.
