Ready for 2000: Any minute now, Girl Scouts will be ringing doorbells. That's because today begins door-to-door sales of the scouts' 2000 wall calendars and pocket planners. Illustrated with photos taken by scouts and listing 2,000 significant holidays (with room to write in appointments), calendars and planners are $2 each. The sale continues through Nov. 15.
