Munoz named Ohio's best football player

Moeller High School lineman Michael Munoz has received the Gatorade Ohio High School Player of the Year Award.

He and other athletes representing the 50 states and the District of Columbia, received the Gatorade honor, which is administered by Scholastic's Coach and Athletic Director magazine.

Munoz, a three-time first-team all-state selection, is eligible to win National High School Player of the Year honors, to be announced later this month.
