NKU wins Holiday semifinal

BAYAMON, Puerto Rico Junior forward Adam Norwell scored 21 points and grabbed eight rebounds Sunday afternoon as Northern Kentucky University defeated Augustana (S.D.) College 77-69 in the semifinals of the Puerto Rico Holiday Classic.
The championship game is 5p.m. today.
Norwell, a graduate of Anderson High School, was 7-of-12 from the field. He also went 7-of-9 from the free- throw line.
NKU (8-1) made 60 percent of its shots in the second half to rally from a 40-36 halftime deficit. The Norse also received 15 points from sophomore forward Craig Sanders and 14 from junior Craig Conley.
