PEOPLE ON THE MOVE




        • Robert C. Ziegler has become a partner at Ziegler & Schneider PSC, attorneys at law.

        Mr. Ziegler practices general law with a concentration in business, banking and public law.

        He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1987 and graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1990.

        • Robert Rack has been named chief operating officer at Schaeffer's Investment Research Inc.

        • Thomas Scheper has been named senior vice president and director of institutional trust at Firstar Corp.

        • Dr. Rebeccah La Nan Brown has joined UC Physicians as an assistant professor of surgery in pediatrics and assistant director of trauma services, and Dr. Jong M. Choe has joined as director of the continence program and urodynamics, and an assistant professor of urologic surgery.

        • Samuel A. Malone Jr. has been appointed business develop ment officer at Westwood Homestead Savings Bank.

        • Timothy Symons has joined Curtis Inc. as multimedia developer.

        • Dr. Constance West has been appointed director of ophthalmology and the Abrahamson Pediatric Eye Institute at Children's Hospital Medical Center.

        • Alice J. Neeley has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as an associate practicing in the labor and employment department.

        Ms. Neeley was a management consultant, and advised on matters of labor and employee relations, union campaigns and National Labor Relations Board work, and has conducted management training in those areas.

        She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1992 and from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1996.
