PEOPLE ON THE MOVE




        • Leora Hargett has been named vice president/human resources for consulting and business development at Target Solutions Inc. Ms. Hargett joined the company in June. She was director of human resources for the logistics and manufacturing division at Cintas Corp. Her past 15 years have been spent in senior human resources management positions.

        • Yvonne Tims has joined Coldwell Banker West Shell as a real estate sales associate, Montgomery.

        • Mark J. Sheppard, an associate in the labor and employment department of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP, has been appointed to the Oakley Community Council board of trustees for a three-year term.

        • Michael W. Hawkins, a partner with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, has been appointed to the panel of mediators for National Employment Mediation Services.

        • Pat Monteith has joined Sibcy Cline Realtors as a specialized residential sales associate, Northeast.

        • Patrick J. Long has joined Rough Brothers Inc., which de signs, manufactures and installs commercial and institutional greenhouses, as project manager for the institutional division.

        • Anne Storer has joined Caudill and Associates Inc., an advertising agency, as a copywriter, and Andrea Dominello, account coordinator.

        • Marshall Liberman has been named vice president at North Side Bank & Trust.

        • Jeffrey Piek has been named a personal financial adviser with American Express Financial Advisors Inc., Cincinnati.

        • Esther Parnell has joined Obie Media Corp., an out-of-home advertising company, as sales coordinator in Cincinnati.

        • Stephen T. MacConnell has joined Family Service of the Cincinnati Area, a private United Way social service agency, as executive vice president. Mr. MacConnell was senior vice president of human resources, legal and administration, at Student Loan Funding Resources Inc.
