        • If you want something lighter than NBC's grisly Law & Order, TV Critic John Kiesewetter recommends a screen classic, Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn as dueling married lawyers in Adam's Rib (10 p.m., Channel 48).

The American Psychological Association site contains answers to questions about holiday stress, including advice for those suffering from a chronic illness, and examples of coping strategies.         • An inside look: While it's blustery outside, kids can discover the ways artists show interior spaces, design their own interior space and construct a shadow box.
