PEOPLE ON THE MOVE
Christopher D. Cathey has been named an associate with Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC, law firm. Mr. Cathey will focus his practice on litigation matters. He was a law clerk with the firm for two years before his association. He received a law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in May and a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 1994.
Jerry Kathman, president of Libby Perszyk Kathman, will add chief executive officer responsibilities; John Recker is vice president; and Brent McCoy, controller.
Russell Bottoni has been appointed general manager of PC On Call, a company that provides on-site computer assistance to homes and offices.

John C. Freker has been named executive vice president of U.S. operations for Convergys Customer Management Group; Alan J. Koglmeier, vice president of customer relationship management marketing and development; and Jane Garvey, vice president of marketing.
Howard Glacken has joined Coldwell Banker West Shell as real estate sales associate, Florence.
Sharon Dees-Jones has joined Sibcy Cline Realtors as specialized residential sales associate, Kenwood.
Michael Newland has joined Cincinnati Association for the Blind as a computer access specialist. Mr. Newland has a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado. With 20 years in the military, he retired as a major with three meritorious service medals and a Distinguished Flying Cross for heroism.
