Ben Storey scored a power play goal 94 seconds in, and four of his Hershey teammates added goals in the next 7:24 en route to an 8-2 victory over the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks Friday night at the Gardens.
Yuri Babenko scored his second goal of the game late in the period for the Bears, who won their fourth straight game. Cincinnati lost its fifth straight.
We've got to get 15 new faces, Ducks coach Moe Mantha said sarcastically. We've got to get guys who want to work together and play together.
Ducks captain Scott Ferguson was not in the mood for joking around in the quiet Ducks' locker room.
We set a goal not to lose three straight this season, and now we're at five, he said. We have to put this one behind us. It's time to stop the bleeding.
The six goals were the most allowed by the Ducks in a single period.
